  • 120 single family residences at an average price of $1,283,642; average days on market is 105; average price per square foot is $362.00
  • 38 condos at an average price of $214,612; average days on market is 111;  average price per square foot is $189.09
  • 20 townhomes at an average price of $337,217; average days on market is 94; average price per square foot is $203.76

41 properties came on the market in July:

  • 24 were single family residences at an average price of $1,135,785; average price per square foot is $382.93
  • 11 were condos at an average price of $207,877; average price per square foot is 170.95
  • 6 were Townhomes at  an average price of $356,833; average price per square foot is 218.51

25 properties sold in July:

  • 17 single family residence sold at an average price of $907,412; selling after an average of 141 days on the market; at an average price per square foot is $275.22
  • 7 condos sold at an average price of $232,528; selling after an average of 26 days on the market; at an average price per square foot is $164.56
  • 1 townhome sold at a price of $215,000; selling after 41 days on the market; at an average price per square foot is $196.17
