  • The most expensive is $7,495,000; it has been on the market 355 days; the price per square foot is $469.23
  • 3 short sales with an average price of $1,599,667; average days on market 134; average price per square foot $916.71

8 properties came on the market in April

  • 8 single family residence at an average price of $3,444,750; average price per square foot is $507.10

2 properties sold in April

  • 2 single family residences at an average price of $2,492,500; after an average of 72 days on the  market; average price per square foot $410.90
  • 1 short sale sold at a price of $1,540,000; after 105 days on the market; price per square foot $297.41
